Mike Stratis is a regional director for Northwest Atlantic and is responsible for identifying and procuring sites for Costco Wholesale in the Midwestern and Texas regions of the United States.
Mike has been working for Northwest Atlantic since 1992 and has completed warehouse, distribution and office transactions for the company. Prior to affiliating with Northwest Atlantic, Mike was a vice president and attorney with Mesirow Financial's real estate division and a senior trust counsel for First National Bank of Chicago/American National Bank. Mike is also the principal and founder of Intrepid Properties, Inc., a real estate consultancy specializing in "big box" representation.
