Joseph Kucharski joined Northwest Atlantic in 2006 to assist Costco Wholesale in achieving their expansion goals in the Southeastern United States.
Actively involved in tenant representation, market analysis and commercial real estate development since 1987, Joe brings an extensive knowledge base to projects he is involved with – including the ability to understand the retailer’s potential and to procure and develop the right location within budget and on time.
Prior to joining Northwest Atlantic, Joe was a Director of Real Estate for Office Depot for the Mid-Atlantic region. Joe also has several years experience in real estate and market analysis with grocery retailers including SUPERVALU, Food Lion and Weis Markets. Joe has successfully located clients in a variety of projects from regional power centers to urban redevelopment projects. He also has experience working with sales forecasting models and GIS systems.
In addition to his work in commercial real estate, Joe has worked in low-income residential development, establishing a Community Housing Development Organization and acting as agency planner for a multi-county non-profit
