James Ostrowski is an Assistant Vice President of Northwest Atlantic and is responsible for identifying and procuring sites for Costco Wholesale in the Midwest region.
Jim joined Northwest Atlantic in 2006 to focus on Costco Wholesale’s expansion throughout the Midwest. Prior to joining Northwest Atlantic, Jim worked for a boutique brokerage/development firm in Chicago servicing such clients as Kohl’s, Home Depot and Target. In previous years, Jim has worked for Opus Development and Crate and Barrel where he was responsible for developments throughout the country.
