David W. Messner is a Principal/Regional Director of Northwest Atlantic. He is one of Northwest Atlantic’s top producing real estate professionals. He has a proven track record in corporate retail site selection, acquisition, project management, entitlements and development, and a thorough working knowledge of all markets in the Pacific Northwest. In addition, Dave has an excellent working relationship with Pacific Northwest developers, brokers, retailers and municipalities.
Presently Dave is responsible for Costco Wholesale’s expansion in the Pacific Northwest. Prior to joining Northwest Atlantic Dave was Director of Development for Powell Development Company, working primarily with Albertson’s and Walgreens. He has valuable experience serving as former Real Estate Director for Rite Aid Corporation where he was responsible for all real estate development, construction, and asset management in Northern California, Colorado, Idaho, Utah, Oregon and Washington. In addition, Dave has also served as Real Estate Manager for Safeway, Inc. where he was responsible for Washington, Idaho and Montana.
