William S. Casale joined the Los Angeles office of Northwest Atlantic in September, 2005 as a Vice President. His responsibilities include the analysis of potential new markets for Costco in Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties in Southern California as well as in the states of Arizona and New Mexico. Bill maintains local broker networks in those regions and is charged with identifying, acquiring and overseeing the entitlement of sites for new and relocated Costco warehouses.
Bill’s prior development experience includes positions with the Zaremba Group out of Cleveland, OH where he handled Southern California development of new stores for CVS/Pharmacy and with Lewis Retail Centers in Upland, CA where he was responsible for the concept, design, and anchor tenant leasing of neighborhood, community and lifestyle centers for the Company.
Bill was also the Principal/Broker of TriNet Commercial Properties in Encino, CA from 1987 to 1999. Before establishing his commercial real estate business, he practiced real estate law in Los Angeles for eight years.
